Any agreement for a visit or work is between the facility and the provider. Review the provider's written scope, exclusions, price, timing, payment terms, permit responsibilities, and warranty before authorizing work.
Facility responsibilities
The caller is responsible for giving accurate address, equipment, access, and condition information and for having authority to arrange a visit or approve work. The facility controls its site, operating procedures, access, and decisions about workarounds.
Keep affected equipment out of use and maintain appropriate separation from hazards. Do not rely on this website to clear equipment for operation. Facility management and qualified personnel remain responsible for workplace decisions.
